Natasha McFarlane is the strategic engine behind BridgeWork IT’s global mission. With 28 years of project leadership, 13 years of project coordination, and hands-on expertise in clinical integration, device implementation, and enterprise testing management, she brings disciplined execution and real-world delivery experience to every initiative

Natasha consults with Major Healthcare organizations across the United States and Europe and has led enterprise-wide technology rollouts, established IT PMOs, managed multimillion-dollar implementations, and delivered solutions that improve patient care and organizational efficiency.
At BridgeWork IT, she sets the strategic roadmap, oversees global partnerships, and drives initiatives that expand digital access and build sustainable, community-owned tech ecosystems.
She is fueled by one conviction: digital access is a human right, not a privilege.

For nearly four decades, Lateefah has been deeply involved in cultural and community development across Ghana and the African continent—supporting schools, cultural projects, and large-scale initiatives that connect communities and strengthen local infrastructure. That same commitment to impact now drives her operational leadership at BridgeWork IT.
Her expertise includes:

Lateefah has coordinated complex technology deployments, optimized project workflows, and built processes that ensure efficiency, compliance, and operational readiness. At BridgeWork IT, she manages program delivery end-to-end—overseeing logistics, execution, quality control, and team coordination across continents. Her work ensures every dollar, device, and hour invested leads to sustainable, measurable community transformation.
